An enchanted coat holds Sakim, the Divine Beast of the Moon, sealed within a magic circle. The summoner Gil has inherited this mysterious garment and now has Sakim at his command. Together, they journey through bloodstained forests of wolves, will-o'-the-wisp-lit roads, haunted towns, and bogs teeming with the dead.

With every use of Sakim's power, the bond between them grows stronger. Though Sakim is sealed within the coat, he may soon find a place in Gil's heart instead.
