DOMESTIC SHIPPING

U.S.A + Puerto Rico

Waku Waku Hobby ships to all 50 states including Washington D.C., in addition to Puerto Rico

We do not ship to U.S. Territories/Protectorates (besides Puerto Rico), APO and FPO addresses at this moment!

FREE SHIPPING

Free Shipping on orders for the amount of $180.00 or greater**

  • **Manga-Only orders receive free shipping for amounts of $85.00 or greater

PROCESSING TIMES

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11am-2pm EST, except on holidays. In the case of a holiday taking place on a shipping day, we will ship on the next available business day (with the exception of Saturday, if a holiday falls on a Friday). Once an order is placed, it begins processing the following business day, including orders that are placed on holidays and weekends. Processing order times take 1-2 business days. Tracking is provided for all orders. 

Please note that your order will ship out once ALL ITEMS are available. If your order has any pre-order items along with in-stock items, it will not ship until all are readily available**.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following services for delivery:

  • UPS, USPS (Based on distance from Cranston, Rhode Island and weight)
  • Local Delivery for certain parts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. See our local delivery policy page for details

Once an order has shipped we can not make any additional changes to the shipment method or destination address. 

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Stated delivery days/time ranges at checkout are mostly accurate. If your delivery has not arrived, we suggest checking the tracking number(s) provided to get an update on your order. Please be advised that some addresses could potentially take longer than the stated delivery dates. Deliveries may also take longer for areas that are experiencing unexpected service delays: such as severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.

For questions regarding delivery: please first contact the carrier for the most up to date information.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please contact our support at support@hobbywakuwaku.com for any assistance with updating an address for your order. Prior to fulfillment we are able to update an address for your order. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, please reach out to the carrier for assistance with address updates as we will no longer be able to update the address on our end once the order is sent. 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE ANY AMENDMENTS TO THIS POLICY AND WILL SEND OUT UPDATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY CHANGES!
