Pre-Order Policy

1) Customer will receive transparent communication regarding receipt of item(s), delays, and other pertinent information regarding their pre-order item(s)
2) FULL payment required for pre-order items (though cancellations are allowed prior to shipment)
3) Shipping will occur 1 to 2 business days from when all items are received
4) Availability is subject to manufacturer's/publisher's release schedule
5) Orders with multiple pre-orders that have different dates may be subject to consolidation into a single order to minimize shipping costs
6) Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items:
- In-stock items will be held until pre-order items are available to ensure a single shipment**
- **Exclusion for certain Rhode Island and Massachusetts Local Deliveries
7) Pricing changes:
- Though we hope this won't happen, pre-order pricing may be subject to being affected by manufacturers and/or distributors in cases of supply chain issues and/or global market conditions (i.e. tariffs). Hobbies are for everyone and we want to make sure that they can remain accessible for all, but as a small business we cannot continue to afford eating up the costs.
- We will notify you, as the customer, if there are any pricing changes taking place. Of course, you as the consumer, can cancel your pre-order as well with any pricing changes.
